Sunday Recipe: Peach Crisp

I remember the first time I had this dessert, it was at a B&B in Yorkshire and the lady cooked us dinner. It goes great with a big serving of custard!

You will need:
  • Tin of sliced peaches - in juice not syrup
  • 3oz brown sugar,
  • 1oz plain flour,
  • 2oz cocopops or other rice puff cereal,
  • 2.5oz butter or marg,
  • 3/4 teaspoon of mixed spice
And this is what you do:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Drain the peaches and put them in the dish with 2 tablespoons of the juice,
  3. In a separate bowl melt the butter and add the other ingredients,
  4. Mix the ingredients together very well,
  5. Put the cereal mix on top of the peaches and press down
  6. Cook for about 30mins

Friday Finds!

An indulgence of mine is handmade bath and body products, I love them! There is something about knowing the person who is making things you put on your skin and can ask them questions, it also about knowing generally handmade products have less ingredients that shop bought chemical messes. I also love a good body scrub as my skin can get really dry, especially with wearing my sexy support stocking! Friday Find this week is these gorgeous scrubby cubes from Pegasus Soaps that come in a variety of different scents.
